Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us.When you fill out our application form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, your monthly training budget range, your primary goal, a description of what you’re currently struggling with, and your timeline for getting started. If you sign up for our free starter guide, we collect your email address. If you complete an optional quiz (when available), we collect your name, your Instagram or Facebook handle, and your answers.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This collects information such as the pages you view, actions you take, your device and browser type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the referral or campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you arrived from.

Information stored on your device.To keep the experience consistent across pages, we store some information in your browser’s local and session storage — including the name, phone, and email you submitted and any campaign parameters. This data stays on your device, is not encrypted, and is removed when you clear your browser storage.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and contact you about training.
• To assess whether we’re a good fit and direct you to schedule a discovery session or to appropriate follow-up.
• To schedule and confirm your discovery session.
• To send the free starter guide you requested.
• To measure how our ads and website are performing and to improve them.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site and follow up with you:

• Slack— form submissions are sent to our internal team channel as notifications.
• Google Analytics— website usage analytics and the cookies described below.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector— our booking calendar and customer-relationship tool, which we also use to follow up by email and text message.
• Mux— hosting and playback for videos on the site.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr— content-delivery networks that serve fonts and scripts; they receive standard request logs (such as your IP address) when your browser loads those files.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga, _ga_*, and _gid) to distinguish visitors and measure how the site is used. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of Google Analytics across websites.

We want to be transparent: this site does not currently display a cookie-consent banner, and analytics load when the page loads. You can still opt out at any time using the controls above.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal and business obligations. Lead and customer-relationship records are retained by us and in the tools listed above; Google Analytics retains data according to Google’s default retention settings; and information stored in your browser remains until you clear it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, and reply STOP to opt out of text messages. To access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email us at cedric@srfitness.studio.

California residents.Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request that we delete or correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your information — though we do not sell your personal information. Security

We protect this site with HTTPS encryption, security headers, a content security policy, and input sanitization on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and information stored in your browser is not encrypted, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Third-party links

Our site may link to or embed third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
